The share repurchase is aimed at enhancing capital efficiency and strengthening shareholder returns as part of the company's capital policy strategy for the upcoming medium-term management plan. Key details of the share repurchase plan include: - Type of shares: Ordinary shares of Kurimoto,ltd. - Total number of shares to be acquired: Up to 3,500,000 shares (representing 5.73% of the total outstanding shares excluding treasury shares). - Maximum acquisition cost: Up to August 07, 2026. - Acquisition period: From August 07, 2026, to December 23, 2026.
