TOKYO, Jul 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Kuramoto CO.,LTD. (5216.T) reported a change in its major shareholders as of June 30, 2026.

According to the company's stock registrar, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, the leading shareholder changed positions. Prior to the shift, Wang Chi held the second-largest stake with 6,403,194 shares, representing approximately 48,921 out of total voting rights.
