TOKYO, Apr 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Kunimine Industries CO.,LTD. (5388.T) announced today that its board of directors has decided to appoint Takayuki Tomiyama as the new president effective June 26, 2026.

Current President Yasuhiko Kunimine will transition to advisor. The changes also involve restructuring the organization to enhance decision-making efficiency and strengthen research and development efforts across various departments.
