KUDO Appoints New External Director and Announces Resignation

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Kudo Corporation (1764.T) announced changes to its board of directors ahead of the scheduled annual shareholders' meeting on September 25, 2026. The company appointed Ishikawa Manabu as a new external director effective September 25, 2026.

Ishikawa previously served as the executive officer and president of Industrial Trade Center Co., Ltd. and currently holds positions as a supervisor at OKI Electric Industry Co., Ltd.

Additionally, Hiromune Yoshiyuki, also an external director, will resign upon the conclusion of the annual shareholders' meeting on September 25, 2026.
