K'S Holdings Revises FY2026 Forecast Higher Due to Strong Sales
TOKYO, May 08 (Pulse News Wire) – K'S Holdings Corporation (8282.T) revised its fiscal year 2026 forecast upward due to strong sales performance across various product lines. The company reported higher-than-expected results compared to its previous estimates released on May 08, 2025.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the revised forecasts show: - Revenue: ¥759.7 billion (up ¥4.710 billion from the initial estimate) - Operating Profit: ¥26.80 billion (up ¥3.799 billion from the initial estimate) - Ordinary Profit: ¥30.58 billion (up ¥4.079 billion from the initial estimate) - Net Profit attributable to Parent Company Shareholders: ¥14.32 billion (up ¥4.317 billion from the initial estimate) Despite recognizing a loss of ¥11.26 billion as impairment losses, the company's overall performance exceeded expectations. The positive trends were driven by sustained demand for PCs post-Windows 10 support end, robust mobile phone replacement cycles, and increased air conditioner sales fueled by extreme heatwaves and government subsidies.
Additionally, anticipated price hikes due to stricter energy efficiency standards scheduled for April 2027 contributed to the surge in demand towards the end of the fiscal year.
