Komehyo Holdings Corrects Subsidiary Setup Details

TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Komehyo Holdings CO.,LTD. (2780.T) corrected certain details related to its subsidiary setup announcement made on May 14, 2026.

The initial notice dated May 14, 2026, concerning the establishment of subsidiaries in Macau and Indonesia by its consolidated subsidiary KOMEHYO BRAND OFF ASIA LIMITED contained errors which necessitated corrections. Specifically, the capital amount and ownership ratio for the proposed Macau-based subsidiary, BRAND OFF MACAU LIMITED, were revised. Previously, the registered capital was stated as ¥1 thousand patacas (approximately ¥200 million).

It has now been updated to ¥10 million patacas (approximately ¥200 million). Additionally, the ownership ratio held by Komehyo Holdings and its subsidiaries changed from 100% to 100%. All other details such as the business scope and projected launch date remain unchanged.
