TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – An investor group announced the launch of a tender offer for KOHNAN SHOJI CO.,LTD. (7516.T) at undisclosed per share, a 1.1% premium to the prior close.

The offer is conditional on acquiring at least 2.1% of outstanding shares.

The tender offer period runs from June 01 through June 29, 2026.
