KOEI Tecmo Holdings APPOINTS NEW OUTSIDE DIRECTOR

TOKYO, May 18 (Pulse News Wire) – Koei Tecmo Holdings CO.,LTD. (3635.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to appoint Izumi Osanai as a new outside director.

The appointment is scheduled to take effect following approval at the company's 17th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders planned for June 18, 2026. Osanai, who currently serves as the Director-General of Social Welfare Corporation Momono-kai, brings extensive experience in public administration and community development.

She previously held positions such as Director-General of Yokohama City University and President of the Yokohama Women’s Empowerment Promotion Foundation.
