Kodama Chemical Industry Loses Major Shareholder Status
TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Kodama Chemical Industry CO.,LTD. (4222.T) confirmed that Endevor United 2 Investment Limited Partnership ceased being a significant shareholder outside of its parent company effective July 16, 2026.
Endevor United 2 sold part of its holdings, reducing its stake below the threshold for major shareholder status. Prior to the sale, the partnership held approximately 13.5% of voting rights, owning 80,910 shares directly. Post-sale, their holding dropped to 12.7%, with 77,520 shares remaining.
The partnership's headquarters is located at Marunouchi Building 6F, 5-1, Marunouchi 2-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. It operates as a limited liability investment fund under the Investment Business Limited Liability Act, with a capital of ¥80 million. Two of Kodama’s directors concurrently serve as unlimited liability members of the partnership.
The company expects no impact on its fiscal 2027 performance due to this change in shareholder status.
