K&O Energy Group Introduces Shareholder Benefits Program
TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – K&O Energy Group Inc. (1663.T) announced the introduction of a shareholder benefits program aimed at enhancing investor engagement and appreciation.
The initiative was approved during a board meeting held on July 23, 2026. Under the program, shareholders who hold at least 100 ordinary shares continuously for more than one year as of December 31 will be eligible for various benefits, such as electronic gift vouchers. The value of the gifts increases based on the duration of shareholding and the number of shares held. For instance, shareholders holding between 100 and 400 shares for more than one year but less than three years will receive up to ¥1,000 points, while those holding more than 800 shares for five years or longer will receive up to ¥24,000 points. Additionally, long-term shareholders can choose to receive QUO cards instead of electronic gifts.
Details on how to claim the benefits will be included in the dividend-related documents sent out after the annual general meeting in March. Initial notifications are expected to be dispatched in late March 2027. This program complements the company's existing efforts to attract and retain investors, including increased dividends and stock splits. K&O Energy plans to continue implementing this program but reserves the right to adjust or terminate it based on future operational conditions. The impact on the company’s current earnings is anticipated to be minor.
