Kitazawa Sangyo Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions at Annual Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Kitazawa Sangyo CO.,LTD. (9930.T) announced the results of its 79th regular shareholders' meeting held on June 26.

All three board proposals were approved, while two shareholder proposals were rejected. The meeting saw the approval of the surplus distribution plan, the appointment of nine directors, and the selection of one auditor.

However, a proposal for the appointment of an additional director was voted down, along with a resolution to amend part of the articles of incorporation. Kitazawa Sangyo's chairman, Masakazu Kitagawa, stated that the meeting successfully addressed key governance issues.
