Kitano Construction Corp. Announces Resignation of External Auditor

TOKYO, Apr 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Kitano Construction Corp. (1866.T) announced today that external auditor Yoshihiro Oiwake resigned effective April 30, 2026.

Oiwake's resignation was due to health reasons. Following his departure, the company remains compliant with legal requirements for the number of auditors.

The company’s board includes Chairman and President Yoshihisa Kitano, Director and Executive Officer Akira Kubota, Director and Executive Officer Takashi Aida, and several others. The audit committee consists of regular auditor Takizawa Noboru, and external auditors Nishida Ko and Ayumi Sakai.
