KDDI Reports 21.6% Rise in Quarterly Net Profit

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – KDDI Corporation (9433.T) reported a 21.6% increase in net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to the same period last year. Revenue rose 5.1%, reaching ¥1,459.1 billion.

Adjusted operating income increased 21.1% to ¥547.9 billion. The company also revised its annual dividend forecast, expecting to distribute ¥42 per share in the first half of fiscal 2027, up from ¥40 previously.
