Kaihan Postpones Annual Shareholders Meeting Due to Uncertainty
TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Kaihan CO.,LTD. (3133.T) announced that due to significant uncertainty regarding the company's continuity, the board of directors decided to postpone the annual shareholders meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026.
The company plans to hold a continuation meeting to address unresolved matters once necessary procedures, such as receiving the auditor’s report, are completed. At the upcoming meeting, shareholders will be asked to approve a proposal to convene the continuation meeting. If approved, Kaihan will notify shareholders separately about the continuation meeting details.
Shareholders who attended the initial meeting will retain their voting rights for the continuation session. The annual shareholders meeting is set to take place on June 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time in Room 902 of Wink Aichi Convention Center in Nagoya City. The agenda includes reports on the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, along with resolutions on amending the articles of incorporation, appointing three directors, and selecting accounting auditors.
