Justsystems 's Top Shareholder Holds 43.97% Stake

TOKYO, June 26 (Pulse News Wire) – JustSystems Corporation (4686.T) disclosed that Keyence Corporation holds 43.97% of its voting rights as of March 31, 2026. Keyence Corporation is the largest shareholder of JustSystems Corporation, which is a consolidated subsidiary under the Companies Act.

Despite having a capital and business alliance agreement, Keyence does not impose operational constraints on JustSystems, allowing the latter to operate independently based on its own management decisions. JustSystems Corporation reported that there were no transactions involving related parties during the reporting period.

The company’s shares are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
