TOKYO, Apr 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Jesco Holdings,inc. (1434.T) reported strong revenue growth in its fiscal second quarter ending August 2026, driven by robust performances in domestic engineering procurement construction (EPC) and real estate segments.
Revenue reached ¥11.202 billion, up 39.5% from the same period last year, while operating profit surged to ¥598 million, marking a significant increase of 716%. In the domestic EPC sector, the company benefited from increased demand for electrical equipment installations and communication systems projects, particularly in commercial facilities and power transmission infrastructure. Notable contributions came from solar power plant construction and system maintenance services, which saw substantial growth compared to previous quarters.
Additionally, the sale of two properties in the real estate division contributed positively to overall earnings. Looking ahead, JESCO remains committed to expanding its presence in emerging markets through strategic investments and technological advancements such as Building Information Modeling (BIM). The company also plans to enhance its operations in Southeast Asia by focusing on design and cost estimation services while mitigating risks associated with local contractors.
