Japan Reliance Service APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR
TOKYO, May 14 (Pulse News Wire) – Japan Reliance Service Corporation (4664.T) announced today that its board of directors held a meeting and resolved to appoint a new director effective in late June 2026. The company stated that due to personal reasons, Director Kazuichi Butsumi will resign upon the conclusion of the 56th Annual General Meeting scheduled for late June 2026.
In his place, the board has appointed Mr. Hiroshi Okitsu as a new outside director.
Okitsu's term will run until the end of Butsumi’s current term according to the company's articles of incorporation. The appointment will be formally decided after being put up for discussion and approval at the upcoming annual general meeting in late June 2026.
