Japan Property Management Center Reports June Monthly Data for FY2026

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Japan Property Management Center CO.,LTD. (3276.T) reported monthly operational data for the fiscal year ending December 2026.

As of June, the company managed 107,711 properties, marking a decrease of 128 units compared to May but an increase of 415 units since the end of the previous fiscal year. In the same month, the number of applications received stood at 746, bringing the total for the first half of the fiscal year to 4,397 applications.
