Japan Property Management Center Reports July Increase in Managed Units

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Japan Property Management Center CO.,LTD. (3276.T) reported a total of 107,963 managed units as of June 2026, marking a decrease of 128 units compared to May.

In July, the number decreased further by 439 units, resulting in a cumulative decline of 778 units since the end of the previous fiscal period. For the six months ending June 2026, the company saw fluctuations in monthly increases, ranging from a high of 374 units in March to a drop of 681 units in June. Despite these variations, the overall trend showed a net increase of 41 units from the end of the prior fiscal period through June.

Regarding applications, the company recorded 2,695 applications across the first half of the fiscal year, with individual monthly figures peaking at 829 units in April. As of July, the number of applications stood at 734 units, maintaining stability compared to the previous month.
