Japan Logistics Fund Announces Leadership Changes Effective July 1

TOKYO, Jun 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Japan Logistics Fund,Inc. (8967.T) disclosed leadership changes effective July 1, 2026.

Miyata Shintarou will transition from CFO and Chief Financial Officer to take on the role of Executive Director and CFO. Additionally, Nishikiori Koji will step down as an independent director, while Kawano Kumiko moves from Deputy Controller to Controller. The official appointments will follow shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting scheduled for June 30, 2026, and internal procedures within the parent company.

Miyata joined Global Logistics Partners (now Japan GLP Corporation) in November 2015 and was appointed CFO of Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Partners in July 2025. Kawano began her career with Global Logistics Partners in October 2014 and will assume the position of Controller at Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Partners in July 2026. Nishikiori Koji, who served as an independent director since April 2026, will vacate his position.

His resignation follows a distinguished career at Mitsui & Co., including roles in Austria, the UK, and Southeast Asia.
