The appointments and departures are scheduled for formal approval at the upcoming 129th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2026.
Newly appointed director candidates include Shi-e Nakajima, who will take up the position of external director at Nakanishi Certified Public Accountants Office. Additionally, Takashi Ohomomo, currently serving as an external auditor at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., will join the board as an external auditor.
Departing directors include Ikuo Takeuchi, stepping down from his role as an external director, and Kazuyuki Nishio, exiting his position as an external auditor. These changes reflect ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and oversight within the company's leadership structure.
