The company's board of directors was elected during the meeting, and subsequent decisions were made regarding the roles and responsibilities of the newly appointed directors and executive officers. Katsushi Ishida remains as Chairman and CEO, while Kimihiko Imamura continues as Deputy President and CFO. New external directors include Tomoko Endo, Miyuki Yanagi, and Fumiko Takaguro.
Additionally, the company named Shuzo Kuramoto as Deputy Executive Officer overseeing operations, Masau Ueno as Senior Executive Officer managing Western Japan operations, and Hiromichi Nagahama as Senior Executive Officer responsible for technology oversight.
