Japan Elevator Service APPOINTS NEW BOARD MEMBERS AND EXECUTIVES

TOKYO, Jun 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Japan Elevator Service Holdings CO.,LTD. (6544.T) appointed new board members and executives following its 32nd annual shareholders' meeting held.

The company's board of directors was elected during the meeting, and subsequent decisions were made regarding the roles and responsibilities of the newly appointed directors and executive officers. Katsushi Ishida remains as Chairman and CEO, while Kimihiko Imamura continues as Deputy President and CFO. New external directors include Tomoko Endo, Miyuki Yanagi, and Fumiko Takaguro.

Additionally, the company named Shuzo Kuramoto as Deputy Executive Officer overseeing operations, Masau Ueno as Senior Executive Officer managing Western Japan operations, and Hiromichi Nagahama as Senior Executive Officer responsible for technology oversight. Newly appointed executive officers include Motohiro Konoma as IR Deputy Director, Hiroshi Kawase as Deputy Manager of Corporate Management Department and Financial Controller, and Hiroto Konishi as Deputy Manager of Corporate Management Department and Strategic Planning Director.
