J Escom Holdings Signs Basic Agreement for K-POP Business Expansion

– J Escom Holdings,inc. (3779.T) announced today that it has signed a basic agreement with Stone.B Corp.

To expand into K-POP-related businesses. Additionally, the company's subsidiary, JE Marketing Co., Ltd., has entered into a joint venture contract with Stone.B Corp. to collaborate on K-POP merchandise planning, production, and sales. Under the agreement, J ESCOM and Stone.B will jointly develop products utilizing K-POP artists and intellectual properties, introduce collaboration opportunities for cosmetics, apparel, and food and beverage brands, and support Stone.B’s fundraising efforts through content funds targeting K-POP artist events. The companies also agreed to explore additional cooperative ventures as needed.

JE Marketing and Stone.B will co-invest in the joint venture according to predetermined ratios and share profits based on their respective contributions. Stone.B operates mahocast, an integrated IP service platform offering comprehensive services from concert planning to fan engagement. Stone.B Corp., founded in July 2017, has a capital of ¥30 million. Its headquarters are located at VORT Shinshukuku 501, and it specializes in event planning, ticket sales, live streaming, merchandise distribution, and fan club management. Looking ahead, J ESCOM expects this partnership to enhance the group's corporate value and shareholder benefits while having a minor impact on consolidated earnings.
