Iwaicosmo Holdings Names Board Candidates for Upcoming Shareholder Meetings

TOKYO, May 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Iwaicosmo Holdings,inc. (8707.T) and its subsidiaries have selected candidates for their boards of directors who will be presented at the scheduled annual shareholder meetings on June 26, 2026.

At Iwai Securities, the board includes CEO Akira Okuchi, COO Takao Sasakawa, Director Yoshihiro Matsura, Director Shin Ya Sugano, External Director Yuusuke Kena, External Director Kazuko Ikeda, and External Director Juniko Tamaki. All positions are up for reappointment.
