Ishares Gold ETF Adjusts Asset Classification and Amends Articles
TOKYO, May 08 (Pulse News Wire) – iShares Gold ETF (314A.T) announced changes to its asset classification and amendments to its articles of incorporation. The adjustments aim to align the fund's operational methods with the asset descriptions set forth by the Investment Trust Association, Japan.
The primary investment focus remains unchanged, but the attributes now categorize the fund as a composite asset class comprising exchange-traded commodities (ETCs) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The modifications do not constitute a significant amendment requiring shareholder approval.
