TOKYO, Jul 09 (Pulse News Wire) – IR Japan Holdings,ltd. (6035.T) announced that the Supreme Court rejected appeals filed by plaintiffs Asia Development Capital Co., Ltd.
And Asia Investment Fund Co., Ltd. against its subsidiary, IR Japan Corp. The decision was made on July 08, 2026, confirming the lower court's ruling in favor of IR Japan Holdings' subsidiary. The case originated from a lawsuit initiated by the two Asian entities in 2025, which was dismissed by the Tokyo District Court on July 18, 2025.
An appeal was subsequently rejected by the Tokyo High Court on January 21, 2026. Despite further attempts by the plaintiffs to challenge the rulings through the Supreme Court, their efforts failed, solidifying IR Japan Holdings’ victory.
