Internet Initiative Japan Posts Strong First Quarter Revenue Growth Amid High Demand

– Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (3774.T) reported robust revenue growth in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, driven by high demand domestically and internationally.

The company's network services excluding mobile saw a significant increase of ¥31.63 billion compared to the previous year, while system integration (SI) revenues grew to 126,972 billion yen. Mobile IoT services also contributed positively, with strong demand from corporate clients driving growth. In the first quarter, the company continued to develop its integrated security service, which is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026.

Additionally, Internet Initiative Japan expanded its offerings through ongoing investments in cloud infrastructure and blockchain-based solutions such as tokenized deposits called DCJPY. Looking ahead, the company forecasts sustained revenue growth across its network services and system integration segments, bolstered by large-scale projects and increased demand for private cloud services. Internet Initiative Japan expects to maintain its leadership position in the domestic SIM-type MVNO market, holding a top share of 24.9% percent as of March 2026.
