Insource Completes Share Repurchase Program
TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Insource CO.,LTD. (6200.T) completed its share repurchase program on July 22, 2026 through August 01, 2026.
The company purchased a total of 694,700 shares during the period, spending ¥510.3 million. As of August 01, 2026, the cumulative number of shares repurchased stands at 2,699,300 with a total cost of ¥2 billion. Additionally, Insource announced the definitive number of shares to be canceled based on the resolution made at the board meeting held on July 21, 2026. A total of 3,699,300 shares will be canceled, representing 4.3% of the outstanding shares prior to cancellation.
The cancellation is scheduled for September 30, 2026, reducing the total outstanding shares to 81,543,700. At the July 21, 2026, board meeting, Insource resolved to repurchase up to 3,000,000 shares, which represents 3.5% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stock. The repurchase was conducted via open-market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange until September 30, 2026, with a cap of ¥2 billion for the total purchase price. Furthermore, the board also decided to cancel up to 4,000,000 shares, accounting for 4.7% of the outstanding shares excluding treasury stock.
The cancellation is set to occur on September 30, 2026, along with the existing treasury stock amounting to 1,000,000.
