TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Insource CO.,LTD. (6200.T) announced executive changes effective September 1, 2026, and the resignation of an executive as of August 31, 2026.

The company's board of directors resolved to appoint Mr. Jun Tanaka as the new head of the IT Services Business Division, replacing his previous roles as the division’s chief data strategy officer and fourth sales department director. Additionally, Mr.

Tanaka retains his responsibilities overseeing the IT support room and information security. Mr. Yasunari Asai, previously serving as the head of the Data Strategy Department within the IT Services Business Division and deputy director of the Fourth Sales Department, resigned due to personal reasons as of August 31, 2026.
