TOKYO, May 07 (Pulse News Wire) – INFRONEER Holdings Inc. (5076.T) apologized for causing concern among shareholders and investors due to reports alleging improper payments made by its subsidiary, Maeda Corporation, to an Oita City council member related to a city construction project.
The company stated that it and Maeda Corporation would fully cooperate with ongoing investigations led by law enforcement agencies. Due to potential impacts on the investigation, INFRONEER declined to comment further at this time but promised to promptly disclose any additional findings once confirmed.
