Inclusive Holdings Appoints Chief AI Officer

TOKYO, Jun 29 (Pulse News Wire) – INCLUSIVE Holdings Inc. (7078.T) announced on June 29 that newly elected director Shikaku Ryota will take up the role of Chief AI Officer (CAIO).

The appointment was decided during the 19th regular shareholders' meeting held on June 29 and subsequent board meeting. The establishment of the CAIO position aims to enhance the group's strategic approach to artificial intelligence and data management across various sectors such as brand consulting, food-related businesses, space ventures, and investments. Shikaku brings extensive knowledge and experience in internet service development, data governance, and corporate management, having previously led the strengthening of subsidiary management structures.

Shikaku’s primary responsibilities include setting and advancing AI strategies and roadmaps, coordinating AI initiatives across different business areas, establishing AI governance frameworks, and fostering next-generation leadership skills necessary for AI transformation within the organization. Shikaku Ryota, born on December 15, 1978, joined INCLUSIVE Holdings in May 2024 and currently serves as a director at Shiga Tea Lodge Co., Ltd. Prior to his current roles, he worked at Netprice Corporation (now BEENOS Inc.), CyberAgent Inc., Mercari Corp., and Merpay Inc.
