Imagineer Reports First Quarter Unusual Gain From Securities Sale

TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Imagineer CO.,LTD. (4644.T) reported a gain of ¥278.7 million from the sale of investment securities during the first quarter ending April 01, 2026 through June 30, 2026.

The company disclosed that the proceeds from selling its investment securities contributed to the unusual income recorded outside of operating activities. This transaction resulted in a net gain of ¥278.7 million being recognized as part of the non-operating revenue for the fiscal year ending March 2027.

This gain has been reflected in the company's unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements released today. CFO Masayuki Nakane stated that the sale was executed to optimize the company’s asset portfolio and enhance liquidity.
