Ichiyoshi Securities Sets Exercise Price for New Share Subscription Rights

TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Ichiyoshi Securities CO.,LTD. (8624.T) announced that the exercise price for new share subscription rights, decided at the board meeting held on July 30, 2026, has been finalized.

Each subscription right will cost ¥1,591 per share upon exercise. A total of 4,881 subscription rights will be distributed among 1,081 executives and employees of the company and its subsidiaries.

The company plans to utilize treasury shares for the issuance of new shares upon exercise of these subscription rights. Additionally, the subscription rights entitle holders to subscribe for up to 100 common shares each.
