Ichigo Reports June Solar and Wind Power Generation Figures Below Forecast

TOKYO, Jul 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Ichigo Inc. (2337.T) reported its monthly solar and wind power generation figures for June 2026.

Total electricity production was 18,051,388 kWh, which fell short of forecasts by 10.8% kWh. Reduced sunlight hours across eastern and western Japan, increased frequency of power curtailment measures, and a shutdown due to a cable accident at the Ichi-go Ebina Eco Power Plant contributed to the shortfall.

For the month of June, Ichigo's total power generation included contributions from 15 solar facilities managed by Ichigo Green Infrastructure Investment Corporation (9,282). The CO2 reduction achieved through this generation was calculated based on adjusted emission coefficients published by the Ministry of the Environment as of March 01, 2025, resulting in a total reduction of 7,782,822 kg-CO2.
