I-Ne to Hold Continuation Meeting Following Annual Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, May 15 (Pulse News Wire) – I-ne CO.,LTD. (4933.T) announced today that it will hold a continuation meeting following its annual shareholders' meeting.

The continuation meeting is scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM (registration starts at 9:00 AM) at the 3rd floor Hall A of Sunrise Building Osaka in Osaka's Chuo Ward. At the previous meeting held on March 25, 2026, shareholders approved the timing and venue for the continuation meeting. During this session, the company will report on the contents of the fiscal year 2025 (January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025) business report, consolidated financial statements, and audit results from the accounting auditor and supervisory committee.

Additionally, the company will address the contents of the fiscal year 2025 calculation statement. Shareholders who attended the initial meeting retain their voting rights for the continuation meeting.
