I-Mobile Authorises 700 Million Yen Buyback

i-mobile has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 700 Million Yen (6.46% of issued shares excluding treasury).

The acquisition period runs from June 12, 2026 through June 30, 2026. Acquisitions will be conducted via off-auction block buys via ToSTNeT-3.

i-mobile cited improving capital efficiency and enhancing shareholder value as the rationale for the action.
