Hyoki Kaiun Kaisha TO BUY BACK SHARES UP TO 1.5%
TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Hyoki Kaiun Kaisha,ltd. (9362.T) decided at a board meeting held on July 30 to repurchase up to 1.5% of its outstanding shares excluding treasury stock.
The company plans to acquire ordinary shares worth up to ¥1.489 billion during the period from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2027. This move aims to implement flexible capital policies in response to changing business environments. The total number of shares available for purchase represents approximately 1.5% of the company's issued share count excluding treasury stock.
However, due to market conditions, the entire amount might not be utilized. Hyoki Kaiun Kaisha’s management believes this strategic decision will enhance shareholder value and improve overall financial health. The company emphasized that the final execution depends on prevailing market dynamics.
