Houyou Secures Loan Agreements for Business Expansion

– Houyou Inc. (562A.F) announced that it has concluded two loan agreements aimed at securing flexible and stable funding sources to meet increased operational capital needs due to business expansion.

The first agreement is a securities lending contract with Kyushu Bank Co., Ltd. for up to ¥10 million with a variable interest rate of TIBOR plus a spread of 0.70%. The term of this contract is five years, with monthly equal principal repayments. The funds will be used for general expense payments, and the contract was signed. Additionally, the company entered into an overdraft facility agreement with Kyushu Bank Co., Ltd.

For up to ¥100 million with a similar variable interest rate structure. This agreement has a term of six months, with a lump-sum repayment upon maturity. The funds will also be utilized for general expenses, and the agreement was finalized on June 30, 2026. Both contracts lack collateral requirements.
