HOPE CEO Becomes Major Shareholder After Equity Award Transfer
TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Hope,inc. (6195.F) announced that its CEO, Tsuji Takayoshi, became a major shareholder following equity award transfers resolved during the board meeting held on June 30, 2026.
As a result of these transactions, Tsuji's stake increased significantly, moving him up to the second largest shareholder position from the third. Prior to the transaction, Tsuji held 13,674 shares, representing 13.674% of total voting rights. Post-transaction, his holdings rose to 1,367,400 shares, accounting for 10.04% of total voting rights.
The number of outstanding shares without voting rights was reduced from 2,952,300 pre-transaction to 2,852,300 post-transaction. Total outstanding shares remain at 16,465,800. This shift does not impact the company’s operational structure or performance outlook, according to Hope,inc.
