TOKYO, May 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Hokuyaku Takayama Holdings (3055.S) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to propose changing the company's name to TSUMUGU HOLDINGS INC. at its upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 26, 2026.
The proposed changes aim to mark the company’s 20th anniversary in September 2026 and signify its next phase of growth. Under the proposal, the company's Articles of Incorporation would be amended to reflect the new name.
The amendment would take effect on September 29, 2026, contingent upon approval during the annual shareholders’ meeting. The existing name “Hokuyaku Takayama Holdings” would be changed to “TSUMUGU HOLDINGS INC.” in both Japanese and English representations.
