HOB Appoints New Director Candidates

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – HOB CO.,LTD. (1382.T) announced the appointment of new director candidates at its board meeting held on August 07, 2026.

Formal approval is expected during the 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026. The proposed new directors are: - Mr. Koichi Ohashi, currently serving as Production Department Manager, will take on the role of Director.

- Mr. Takashi Ibaraki, currently serving as Internal Audit Room Chief, will also join as a Director. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
