H.I.S.Co. Expands Shareholder Benefits Program

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – H.I.S.Co.,Ltd. (9603.T) announced plans to expand its shareholder benefits program effective October 31, 2026.

The changes include increasing the number of distribution tiers from three to five, raising annual benefit limits from ¥12,000 to ¥100,000 points, and extending voucher validity from one to three years. Additionally, shareholders holding shares for more than three consecutive years will receive special long-term benefits worth ¥3,000 points annually, valid for three years, beginning October 31, 2026. The revised travel discount rates now cover nine price brackets, up from two previously, offering higher discounts across various travel packages.

Special events such as dialogue sessions with management and exclusive hotel stays will also be available for select high-shareholders. The expanded benefits aim to enhance shareholder engagement and appreciation while boosting investment appeal.
