According to the resolution made at the board meeting held on December 25, 2025, the company aimed to acquire up to 1,489 shares, representing approximately 0.001% of outstanding shares excluding treasury stock. However, during the acquisition period from July 01, 2026, to July 31, 2026, the company did not purchase any shares, resulting in a total acquisition cost of ¥0.
