Gunosy to Amend Articles of Incorporation for Office Relocation

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – Gunosy Inc. (6047.T) resolved at a board meeting held today to propose amendments to its articles of incorporation at its upcoming 14th annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for August 26, 2026.

The changes aim to reduce overall fixed costs while maintaining and enhancing the company's operational continuity and value. Specifically, the relocation of the headquarters to WeWork Akasaka Green Cross necessitates updating the location of the main office from Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, to Tokyo, Minato Ku.
