TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Green Light Renewable Energy Infrastructure Fund (509A.T) reported lower-than-expected solar power generation for June 2026. The fund's total monthly electricity production was 3,342,794 kWh, falling short of the projected 3,891,910 kWh by 559,116 kWh, or approximately 14.38%.
In detail, the fund’s portfolio includes 13 solar facilities, with notable discrepancies observed across several sites. For instance, the S-TH-01 Takizawa City Yuza-zawa First Solar Plant generated 207,998 kWh compared to an expected 226,337 kWh, marking a shortfall of 18,339 kWh or 8.15%. Similarly, the S-TK-01 Iwai City Koro Solar Plant produced 179,640 kWh against an expectation of 211,354 kWh, resulting in a deficit of 31,714 kWh or 14.99%.
Regarding operational constraints, the fund experienced online power curtailment affecting various plants throughout June. Specifically, the S-TH-01 Takizawa City Yuza-zawa First Solar Plant faced multiple shutdowns totaling 25 hours due to grid management requirements. Other plants also encountered similar restrictions, impacting overall productivity.
