GLP J-Reit Extends Lower Interest Rate on Sustainability-Linked Bond Until Sept 28, 2027

TOKYO, Jul 28 (Pulse News Wire) – GLP J-REIT (3281.T) announced that the interest rate reduction on its 18th unsecured investment trust bond (green bond and sustainability-linked bond) will continue until September 28, 2027. The rate will remain at 0.234% per annum during this period without any changes from the current rate.

This decision was based on achieving the sustainability performance targets (SPTs) as of December 31, 2025. The initial rate was reduced from 0.284% to 0.05%.

Additionally, the environmental certification acquisition ratio exceeded the target of 80%, reaching 91.08%. As of December 31, 2025, the portfolio's certified green buildings accounted for 91.08%, surpassing the target of 80%.

Eligible certifications include three-star ratings or higher from CASBEE, BELS, LEED, or equivalent successor certifications.
