Global X Nasdaq 100 Daily ETF Adjusts Subscription Units

TOKYO, Jun 02 (Pulse News Wire) – Global X Nasdaq 100 Daily Covered Call ETF (563A.T) announced today that it would amend the subscription units for its Global X NASDAQ 100 Daily Covered Call ETF. Effective June 26, 2026, the minimum subscription unit will increase from one share to 100 shares for subscriptions of more than 10,000 shares.

This adjustment corrects an error in the existing trust agreement documentation. The change does not qualify as a significant modification requiring shareholder approval according to the Investment Trust Law.

As such, no special procedures such as written resolutions or objections will be necessary. The revised trust agreement stipulates that investors can now subscribe to the ETF in increments of 100 shares for quantities exceeding 10,000 shares, up from the previous requirement of subscribing in individual shares.

This alteration simplifies the process for larger investors while maintaining flexibility for smaller investments.
