Global Security Experts Expands Shareholder Benefits Program

TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Global Security Experts Inc. (4417.T) announced enhancements to its shareholder benefits program, effective from September 30, 2026.

The changes include switching the gift item from QUO cards to Digital Gifts worth up to September 30, 2026 points and adding a new security education service, SecuriST Certified AI Security Engineer. Eligible shareholders holding at least two units (200 shares) continuously for six months will receive either the digital gift or one of the available educational services twice annually on March 31 and September 30. Previously, eligible shareholders could choose between a QUO card valued at July 31, 2026 and various security training courses.

Under the revised scheme, shareholders can opt for Digital Gifts or select from a range of educational programs, including the newly introduced AI-focused course designed to train engineers capable of securely designing, operating, and defending systems incorporating artificial intelligence. Shareholders will receive detailed instructions via mail and must complete their selection online within the designated timeframe. Those who did not previously claim the QUO card will no longer receive it under the updated system.
