Global Security Experts Announces New Management Structure

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Global Security Experts Inc. (4417.T) held its 43rd annual shareholders meeting and board of directors meeting on June 25, announcing a new management structure.

The changes include the promotion of Mikatsu Yoshio to executive vice president and the appointment of Tsujihironori as chief compliance officer(CCOCISO). Additionally, the company detailed new leadership roles within its subsidiary CyberSTAR Co., Ltd., naming Suzuki Masatoshi as CEO.

In the newly appointed positions, Mikatsu Yoshio was promoted to executive vice president, while Tsujihironori was named as the new CCOCISO. Other key appointments included Nakamura Takayuki as senior managing director and Kobayashi Takeshi as deputy general manager of the Operations Division.

The restructuring also includes the addition of several new executives such as Wadatakeharu as head of IR management and Mutou Kouya as operations division general manager.
