GLC Group Reports June Monthly Status for FY2026

TOKYO, Jul 03 (Pulse News Wire) – GLC Group,inc. (2970.T) reported its monthly status for the fiscal year ending December 2026.

In the Asset Creation division, the company completed four projects in June, bringing the cumulative total to 27 for the fiscal year. Five new projects were initiated, while 13 ongoing projects remained active. For the Asset Management division, managed housing units increased to 8,137 in June, up from 6,211 in May. Gas equipment management also saw growth, reaching 6,256 units in June compared to 5,854 in November last year.

Notably, five new residential projects are scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027, located in Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Naha, and Ōta City. In detail, the new projects include properties in Fukuoka's Nanakuma District with 24 units and another in Kumamoto’s Chūō Ward with 68 units. Additional developments are planned in Naha and Ōta City, each with 22 and 36 units respectively. A fifth project in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka, comprises 45 units set for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
